Edit: they still have done nothing about this even after the "I'll assure you that we'll get it handled" reply 9/9/22 My husband and I took both of our cars in to be serviced. We asked for state inspections for both vehicles and an oil change on my husbands car. Instead, they gave us both oil changes and only my husbands car had the inspection done. When we went to check out they explained the services being charged and we made them aware of their mistakes. They said that's not what we asked for and still forced us to pay for an oil change we didn't ask for or need. I understand mistakes happen but I'm very disappointed in the way it was handled. Accusing us that we asked for something different and still making us pay for a service we didn't request is unacceptable. We will not be back.

Came in and they immediately took my car back to work on. Xavier was absolutely wonderful great costumer service and very informative and kept me updated on everything! I’ll definitely be returning for future services because of him!
