She's fantastic and very compassionate. She doesn't predict the future but rather reconnect those of us still here with loved ones who have passed over. Nellie knew and conveyed things that wouldn't have been either common knowledge or even common to the population in general. It was comforting to know my husband and my parents were still there even if it wasn't in the physical sense.
