Victoria is amazing and has helped so much with my hip bursitis along with a few other issues I was having. I recommend her to all my friends. So much better than the chain physical therapy places I’ve used in the past. All one on one time.

I am so unbelievably happy that I discovered this practice. I was bed ridden from pain for weeks. It was unclear what was causing the pain and it was a demoralizing, hopeless point for me. I called Victoria and she has been the most caring, diligent and effective provider I’ve ever been to. I can happily report I am nearly pain free and my quality of life has increased ten fold. If you’re wondering whether or not to make the call, do it. Thank you Victoria!

5 stars for Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health LLC. Victoria offers a warm welcoming space and personalized experience. She did a very thorough examination during my first session that helped me better understand how to correct the issues within my pelvic floor and body alignment. As a doula and expecting mama it is imperative to focus on pelvic health. Victoria has greatly improved my pelvic floor pain, in each session she continues to educate me on different ways to strengthen my body in preparation for birth and postpartum. I highly recommend Victoria to any expecting mothers or anyone looking to improve their mobility and strengthen the body.

If you are pregnant or are experiencing postpartum, I would highly recommend visiting Victoria for pelvic floor PT. I was experiencing SI joint pain early on in my pregnancy and since going to Victoria, I've been able to continue exercising and walking while pregnant without feeling discouraged that I was experiencing pain. Moreover, she's just so kind, pleasant, and knowledgable. She helps me to feel comfortable during PT and confident when I leave that I'm doing what's good for my overall body and health. I look forward to my appointments with Victoria!

What should I expect with the follow up appointments?

Follow up appointments are 60 minutes in duration and one-on-one with the therapist for the entire session. These appointments involve hands on techniques, customized exercise programming and cues, and education on symptoms, habits, progressions, etc. This is YOUR time and we spend it based on your needs, wants, and priorities!

How do I get started with the process?

The process starts with a free consultation phone call (15-20 minutes) to discuss symptoms and to ask the therapist about any questions or concerns you may have about the services or payments. Initial evaluations are scheduled on this call or via email conversations. Intake paperwork is then sent via email and completed electronically by at least one day before the initial evaluation. Initial evaluations are 75 minutes in length to discuss any key points of intake paperwork, complete a postural and movement analysis; strength, stability, balance, nerve tension, soft tissue tension, joint testing (and more based on individual needs). With full consent of patient, there may be an external and internal pelvic floor muscle examination if indicated by subjective symptoms or screenings listed above. If time allows, patients should expect treatment during the first session along with a detailed plan to complete at home.
