Did no water readings for the pandemic (2019-2021). Did not mention they did that... but decided to now add a whole year of water bills( that they did not charge any extra water use for whole year (2019) because the pandemic an they wanted to help ppl out. so now paying the extra fees for whole year stacked onto my existing water sewage bill with no option for payment plan.. $150 in trash sewage for a 700sq foot home... worse bill on my list even worse company to go through for service.
