With the recall and pandemic I had been wait listed since March for a CPAP after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I had reached out to several locations and in May connected with Melissa who set me up with Janie. They were so helpful and I was able to get a new machine covered through my insurance. The entire process was so easy with great communication and they streamlined the process with my insurance. Janie is an excellent trainer, very caring and knowledgeable! The follow up calls and support is appreciated! I love that they are local. If you need a CPAP or supplies, this is the place! They genuinely care about their customers.

Best customer support! I am just beginning my CPAP journey. Tamera has been amazing in her support and education. handled all my insurance things. She spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me. When I was having trouble finding a mask that was comfortable or would work for me she was there. Following up with me every week to see how the new fit worked and always having a different option to try. Finally I found the right one for me. My husband said he didn't have to listen to me snore/gasp last night and it was quiet, finally! I passed several other places that sale CPAP items, on my way to "everything CPAP" because of the great reviews it had. I came back because of the great experience I have had as well!

I am so impressed with the level of patient care and follow up provided by Everything CPAP. I am upgrading from an older machine and equipment. Everything CPAP was one of the first supply businesses my doctor mentioned when I asked for recommendations on where to go. I dropped by the office without an appointment just to see the office and the types of equipment they offered. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Melissa) who explained the whole insurance authorization process in a clear, concise manner. I was told I would be contacted when my new equipment was ready. Within a couple weeks, Janie called a set up an in-person appointment so I could pick up my equipment. She also told me there would be a video appointment the same day to go over unboxing, set up and familiarization. When I arrived at the office, Melissa again greeted me and Janie promptly sat down with me to distribute my new machine and equipment. She explained the plan of care and financials and told me she’d contact me later that day for our video appointment. We met later and Janie explained how to assemble and operate the equipment. She repeatedly assured me I could call anytime if I had questions or concerns. It’s been a week, I’m getting used to my equipment and, as promised, Janie called today for follow up. Everything CPAP has exceeded my expectations for quality equipment and excellent patient care. They are a small, local business and I appreciate that and am happy to support them. Thanks!

I am beyond pleased with the customer service I have received. I was not at all happy about having to use a CPAP machine and from the moment Melissa Hicks began helping me she made it seem so effortless. She was so kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. I recently had an issue with my machine and Melissa went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. She went out of her way to make things right and I cannot begin to thank her enough. What an asset she is to your business. Because of her I will remain a customer of Everything CPAP for life! I cannot thank her enough for all of her efforts and extra time spent helping me. Please pass on my sincere gratitude.

Do you need a RX to get a replacement cushion?

No, but if you are doing so with insurance there is a time component to all replacement parts, i can only get new cushions with insurance once every 30 days. Everything CPAP is awesome if you're in Boise they are definitely the best, IMHO.
