This place never has what you want and they never can make sense. I ordered a famous bowl combo they told me it’s gonna be 10 minutes then I said give me the chicken sandwich combo she said it’s going to be a 25 minute wait because they have a Lotta Uber and DoorDash orders. There’s no one in the drive-through in front of me or behind me and there’s nobody in front of the store waiting for their food not one car I’m the only vehicle on the property this place is a joke and there management. Shame on KFC for continuing to drop the ball at this location terrible terrible terrible terrible. Update their door says they close at 10 PM Google says they close at 10 PM I’m here right at 9:30 and they’re close

My boyfriend and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The service was so so. When we received our order, they only gave us one napkin per person and no condiments, straws, salt or pepper, etc. etc. The inside was not clean ….every table you could tell someone had eaten there but in a supportive a positive note they were very nice when we ordered our meal. Would I go there again NO!

My experience today was good I went threw the drive threw all was easy and smooth no issues, the lady gave us plenty of honey & butter for the biscuits. Well for the $25.99 dinner that we got 8 pieces might feed a small family but I think we need the larger 12 piece next time. All and all it was a good visit Thank you!

Biscuit were cold probably sitting there all day dark meat chicken was dry and very small hardly any meat. This place has changed and I don't mean for the better.😐

Yes it does it's really busy considering the remodeling going on. It looks as if the dining area is getting a facelift. They have been really accommodating for me anyway. I usually stop in every other day NOT so me bound in my electric wheelchair I take upon myself and ride up to the window. I must say I was very pleased. The manager had told me that she was concerned for my safety and if I could ride out to front door, for where she took my order with a smile and with a quickness brought my food and receipt and apologized for the inconvenience.Honestly it was not an incovienance for me. KFC and the staff have really changed for the better. Friendly service w/o a 40 minute wait. It's always clean in the dining area too. I go there alot and I will say it has improved for the better. I will continue to dine here in the future....
