I would've given them 5 stars but the North bound access is a little inconvenient ( not their fault) but station is clean and they have just about anything you might need from a station including a small food station where u can get really good tacos, burritos, and other Mexican fare.

The only thing I would do is to contact Phillips 66 the actual company and then give them the location of the fueling station that you had the issue with the manager, and maybe go from there.
