Instead of coming to me or my boyfriend asking a simple question they chose to speak another language and after maybe 5 minutes of us at the pedi chairs tell us they are not going to be my boyfriends leg only his feet due to his plaque psoriasis . Unbelievable. This is honestly immature . disrespect customers having other employees stop providing service to other customers to get up and look at my boyfriend crowding him speaking a language making him the most uncomfortable he’s ever been. And say she won’t be touching that . Gross behavior.

They said that they weren’t going to give me the leg massage that comes along with a pedicure because I have plaque psoriasis on my shin but it wasn’t a problem for me it was just the way that I could tell that they were talking amongst themselves and then two ladies got up from their clients that they were working on at that time to come over and look at me and then proceeded to talk amongst themselves in their language I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable and slightly attacked I will never be going back to this nail salon

Went for a fill the lady who did my fill did not fill them right my cuticles were pushed back and not cleaned and I also had color from the color I had.. I had an appt the next day to fix them and the lady who “FIXED” them just made them thicker and was very rough and still left the color I just wanted a fill no color. I will not be going back and no refund could be done or at least half back to go somewhere else to fix them
