I absolutely love living at Metro 303. I had to move during pandemic and the process was seamless. Nicky guided me patiently to get me in my apartment quickly. The community is quiet and friendly. It has a mix of families, professionals, and some students. My big pluses for the community is that it's very quiet, always available parking in the garage, and completely safe. Major kudos to Nicky and Rod for being so supportive to get me through my move! Rod is literally always on site and ready to help with whatever needs to be done. He keeps the place beautiful! I had a package I couldn't lift and Rod was there to help. I'm very appreciative for the properties team. I've talked to just about the whole team on-site and they are all very friendly and willing to help. I want to say a huge THANK YOU! :)

The location of this property is amazing. You have garden city in your backyard. Everything you could ever ask for is conveniently located. However, the property itself leaves much to be desired. The building constantly smells. It either smells like weed or garbage. For the amount of rent you pay, things like elevators being out of order, bbq grills not working, and garbage pick up should never be a problem. There is a frequent turnaround of staff and members of the community which speaks for itself.

Great place to live if you don't mind persistent fire alarms waking you up at all hours of the night multiple times per month. Outlandish rent prices, subpar cleanliness. Valet trash equates to a very unpleasant smell most days of the week after 7pm. Residents have poor manners and hygiene; you'll often find garbage overflowing in public areas. Management seeks rent increases of 10% annually regardless.
