Ordered my drink ahead with the app. Had to drive out here because my usual Starbucks turned off the option to order ahead for that day. I walked in was greeted politely by the barista. Picked up my drink and walked out of the store back to my car. When I arrived at my car I noticed there was whipped cream on my drink regardless of the fact that the label on the side of the cup said no whip. I am lactose intolerant so wasn't too happy but was too tired to go back inside and have the drink remade. So I scraped off as much of the whipped cream as I could into a nearby trash can and prayed to the soy gods. I hope that the barista next time reads the label for the order before putting it on the cup. Starbucks is great. This particular experience was a two out of ten would not recommend.
