Little Caesars Pizza

I actually like Little Caesar’s, but this one is the worst. There’s always something wrong with the pizza or the order. My last pizza was very undercooked. I can’t even figure out how. I mean, isn’t the cooking automated? Go elsewhere.

I used the app so I could pick up my pizza using the portal. I got the notification that my pizza was ready but it was not in the portal. Only two customers can wait inside so I left and got another notification that my pizza was in the portal. But it still was not there. The workers are busy making the food so nobody was out front to ask. Other customers were waiting outside and wanted me to go back out so they can come in to order and I got a third notification my pizza was ready and was not. It was a mess.

After utilizing the Little Caesar’s app to purchase pizza and wings for delivery, my order was never delivered. In addition, in contacting the establishment, it was determined that the deliverer was through a 3rd party and a resolution could not be made with Little Caesar’s, but I would have to wait for the 3rd party to respond. I have lost faith in operating with Little Caesar’s and the laziness/immaturity/lack of interest of the 3rd party to fulfill orders.
