Took over 3 weeks for the company to give me a refund for an order I never received. Called every week to check on the status of my refund, and was told every time I called that I’d receive a call back from the manager to process my refund. That happened on three different occasions before I finally spent my lunch break going in and asking to speak to the manager in person. They honestly should’ve done something extra to rescue the situation and apologize for what ended up being a massive inconvenience for their customer. A super disappointing situation overall. Update: I filed a formal complaint over a week ago, and was told I’d receive a response from the care team. I have not heard back from anyone, and my refund was finally in my bank yesterday. So it took nearly 4 weeks.

Order 12 pack buntinis from the Emeryville location and the presentation was just sloppy. It’s like the cake maker put on a blind fold and frosting’d the tops, none of them were centered. But the cake always tastes good so here’s 2 stars. I’ll probably go to the Walnut Creek location from now on that area is more reputable so I’m sure their presentation must be better.
