Great Place. I got loaded with 1 and half hour. For Check-In go straight by Taco Truck to Check In window. Check in available on Kiosks. Friendly Staff and Big Parking Lot. Best Experience so far.

Such a beautiful well maintained facility. However communication has a long way to go at being even reasonable. Electronic check in and communication for dock assignments, loading completion, and answering questions was handled very poorly. They insisted on an email of which I don't have. So they reluctantly did texting, but not in a timely fashion or not at all. They stole my loadlocks and refused to communicate with me for their return. Loading was not done correctly according to what they said they had to do. They have 2 different check in areas and as I was getting products from both, they didn't communicate with each other despite my many attempts to clear things up and wound up leaving loaded incorrectly and minus my loadlocks to secure my load.
