Staff was great, room was nice and spacious, everything worked and was clean, breakfast was fantastic. Common areas were well-appointed and in good condition. Minor complaints are limited to a few fixtures with rough edges/cosmetic damage and a showerhead that wasn't to my liking. The hotel is in a nice area. Area is walkable but most nearby dining options are a bit of a hike.

Very happy with the pricing, comfort and cleanliness of the room and the facilities. I definately will return as we frequently return to NY to visit family and friends. My only issue was that the juice dispenser in the breakfast room was almost all water and no juice. When informed the attendant did not appear to be concerned and seemed annoyed when I informed her of this. Front desk staff were amazing.

The location is in a busy intersection but had multiple entrances. The room is nice and spacious. The amenities are great. The pool is nice and at a good temperature. The bathroom has great water pressure for the shower and the water doesnt take long to turn hot. The front desk was nice and very friendly when checking in.

This hotel could be better. Likewise it could be worse. The room was very small and tight, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was completely unappetizing, but it was complementary. Basically it wasn't an enjoyable stay but it also wasn't a miserable stay. I will look for a better option in the future when in the area and in need of a hotel, but if I couldn't find anything else available that appears to be better for an equivalent value then I would stay here again.
