Recreational and social activities- arts and crafts, games, puzzles, group activities, etc. Nursing Service- Monthly assessments, daily vitals, medication administration, monthly weights, etc. Dietary/ Nutritional services- Hot home cooked meals made daily in our center, Registered Dietician overseeing menu and conducting nutritional assessments. Podiatry Service- Outside provider that comes to our center to provide service to clients. Health Education- Health education led by our registered nurse as well as pain management courses and nutritional courses led by volunteers from St. Rose Dominican Hospital. Transportation-Transportation provided by certified and licensed drivers in vehicles inspected and authorized by RTC. Hearing Screenings- Outside provider that comes to our center to provide service to clients. Eye Exams- Outside provider that comes to our center to provide service to clients. Supervised Outings- Field trips to various locations included but not limited to parks
