This company has the worst maintenance I ever seen in my life. they do not handle emergencies well at all. This company needs to revamp and hire a whole new team that is willing to work and will get the job done, people have fixed incomes and should not have to suffer due to someone else negligence or laziness. Dominion you have some great properties but his kind of unprofessionalism will cause you to loose tenants slowly but surely.
