We started out with some martinis over at the bar in the Red Lion Inn, but for dinner, Once Upon a Table can’t be beat. The location back up the alley is romantic, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the FOOD is exquisite. We had the chilled spring pea soup and it even made my pea-cautious husband happy. I know it won’t always be on the menu, but it’s an example of the chefs’ creativity and talent to make a humble vegetable beautiful. All the rest of the food was so delicious as well, we really savored each bite. Enjoy a summer evening in Stockbridge here with a cold glass of wine and a fantastic supper, you’ll be happy you did.

Love this place, cute and quaint with great food. I got Caesar salad, butternut squash soup, escargot pot pie, and the chocolate cake. All were delicious. Definitely make a reservation!

Amazing meal at Once Upon A Table, adorable outdoor seating in a more private area. Everything was delicious, but especially the Gnocchi and the Creme Brûlée. What really made this meal special though, was the amazing service from our waitress Shanique, who had such a kind, attentive, and inviting energy. Definitely coming back on our vacation next year. One thing I would say is to make sure you plan a reservation way in advance, we somehow got one a few hours before by luck but we saw many turned away because they have limited seating. It is definetely worth the wait though!
