the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with deceptive sales people. Months after installation, system is still not connected and I can't get a hold of anyone. avoid this company at all costs.

I called these guys, and asked them about options for solar, and was disappointed after not receiving a call back until I posted a negative review. However, they did finally return my call and discussed options with me. Ultimately, it didn't make financial sense for me to proceed, but it was a good discussion and they were polite.

Please be aware who you let work at your home. I have contacted SunRun to let them know an employee by the name of Kyle James Richel 10/30/1977 working out of Des Plaines location has an active and continued Domestic order of protection against him. The victim is a young woman. I also attached and sent a copy of the district Court documents to SunRun to view themselves. This is not an individual I would want coming to my door with my family at risk.
