This place needs better management. The food is nasty, the fries are never hot. The place is filthy. The drive thru is slow. Put the blunt down and do some work management.

This new set up was confusing. I ordered coffee to go. I had to tell them how many sugars and cream, no stirrer was given.. Hudson ny. Coffee was hot and fresh.

The manager today was very disrespectful, we got our order all wrong. I asked about our missing smoothie and before I could get a second word out he walked away annoyed. We were also missing our two apple juices for my kids happy meals, had to wait another 5 minutes before I could get any help from him or any other employee. I also asked about a 6 piece chicken nuggets that we had ordered and he got even more annoyed and said ughhhh go check your receipt because you did not order chicken nuggets(which we did but the girl who took our order didn’t include it) So apparently he knew our order so well to know that our order didn’t include chicken nuggets but could not get our order correctly in the first place. The worst thing was when he started to talk with another employee about us while we were still there and saying how he was so annoyed by us because we quote “they just want and want this and that”. Worst experience ever.

Sad to say, new building, new employees, new management and two lanes=poor customer service, cold food, wrong orders and seems to have the attitude that the customer is always wrong. Hudson and surrounding regions deserves better fast food options, waste of building space where a better venue could have opened.
