Little work they pick and choose who they let work then the pay is never right the hours never right its really like a waste of time then you suppose to pay rent off this income how when there is never work so you hurt either way waste of time they really pick and choose who to let work or always never have work smh and I am currently here I'm a good worker one of the best but you can tell they don't value you because I watch people walk play talk while I work but these are the same people they let work not the strong ones need to do better

How I am supposed to describe this Randstad branch. Back in July of 2019 I signed up with this branch to do the US Bank Peek work in Jan. And again In April of 2020. What happened was a total mess, no other way to describe it. After finding out when I was tested from a Randstad out of state, I was told those results for keypunch were not acceptable. Then I was moved to Extraction. Not bad with one exception I was only scheduled mostly for one day a week, while $16.50 wasn't bad and it is above average. Just how is one supposed to pay bills with that. The one I loved the most was about the Thursday a week from the so called last week. Now since I live outside of the city, it takes me about 40 minutes to get to the US Bank location at 1401 Dalton. That day especially after getting up around 5:15am, arriving before 7:30am only did 3 hours and 38 minutes. With the story that I was told well they didn't get enough mail in. It doesn't take an except to see that to many temps were hired, after doing some homework I found out that 40% of somebody's agency never even started. The only way to get an extra day was to look for people looking to trade there shifts which is insane by itself. For this to work for me I needed advance notice. Not me checking there switchboard at all times at night that's insane. Given the state of the medication I been taking for almost 11 years if I am asleep that's pretty much it for me. Last month Randstad said to its employee's that we had to Feb 15 to change our W4's for 2020. Well I did try it online and had issues, even tried calling there so called support oddly enough they offered no help to me, which the same story my browser needs to be setup. But after pushing this a number of times was NEVER told how. Even had the PC tech who handles the care of my PC, I do have a high end system he couldn't do it. Tried to drive out to there new location, couldn't find it. I moved up from the NY area 4 years back. So I ended up turning around and going home. After driving 40 minutes for pretty much nothing. This Peek was handled very poorly. They never got a sense on how much work they were going to get and as I stated earlier hired to many temps. After seeing this, and even if I was able to find there location I would have serious doubt in going back in April. I wouldn't have a problem, but issue is having to drive 40 minutes and what for 1 day. My guess for hiring so many temps is to get paid for hiring to many. If by chance anybody from the new location or 1401 needs to talk to me which I doubt they know how to get a hold of me. Update around August of 2020 I went back to see what was going on, I did ask them about why there was so few hours. And i was told that was the nature of the business. When I spoke to 5/3 bank management they told me that most of US Bank business went to them. IF anybody reads this yes I am calling this out. Since I am not in Ohio anymore the opinions of this Randstad branch mean very little.

You can either apply online or have your resume on indeed. After that, you can look them up on indeed and apply through there. That's how I applied and I came in on a weekday around 2pm, they were busy but still tended to everyone. Hope this helped.
