I have attempted to work with Robert Half on several occasions during my 11 year career in Cincinnati. After my last interaction with them I have decided I will no longer use their services. I have worked with several staffing agencies with in Cincinnati and beyond. The Agents and Management are by for the most unprofessional I have worked with. In my experience, I would not receive follow ups, even when their agents where the ones reaching out to me originally. They very clearly can not keep their staff, as every time I would speak with an agent that worked there they inevitably during my correspondence with them would with out any notice no longer be working there. This also meant that for what ever reason I had to travel all the way down town during a period of time which was not easy for me, for them to redo a very mundane "interview" that could have easily been done over the phone. My last interaction was by far the most frustrating. I decided to go around the normal avenues as they never panned out in my favor and reach out to a long time employee of Robert Half directly. She was great and though I forget her name now I recall her being very helpful, how ever the department she worked in was not for the kind of job opportunities I was looking for. She got me over to a representative that could help me, after spending several weeks constantly calling him back asking him for updates on positions he stated he was putting me in for, when I finally got an interview with one and good feed back, the representative told me they would not be working with me, as their manager, a name they gave me who I did not know, nor ever had worked with stated that they knew me and I had a bad reputation. This occurred at least 3 weeks into working with them. I wouldn't had been upset if not for the fact that we had already submitted me to several positions over the time I was working with the, why now was it an issue, and if they had just told me in the first place before I spent all the time that they were not going to work with me. Any way, I suggest staying away from here, there seems to be some very management.

They never have anything they're working on. They say they'll call you if something comes up. You can call in every single day and they say they don't have anything. Very unprofessional company.
