My year lease was up the 30 of November but I wanted to do month to month until I find a more suited living quarters, my question is do I have to tell my landlord or does it just automatically goes to month to month after your year lease is expired?

Call the legal aid number on their website. They will ask you a few questions about the case and get some information from you. Then they will have a lawyer review it and then if they are going to take the case they will call you back or email you. Even if they are not going to take the case they will let you know what they decide.

Legal Aid Society does divorce cases no custody cases but will refer you to Ohio lawyers Association
To put it in that u have to Wright a letter first then after 30 days I can do that but u can go to Legal Aid and see what they say but u can call the building inspection and call them.....
