Took my 2014 Toyota to get fixed for a recall now its making a noise it never made before and they say it's he tires that are brand new from this year.. .so thanks for messing up my car. You were just suppose to fix the airbag recall.. The last Toyota dealer on Fairfield broke my windshield and tried to say it was Like that when I brought it in....yea these Toyota dealers mechanics are shiesty per usual

Steve is one of the best salesperson you’re going to ever meet. He was super helpful and went extra to help us with our new Sienna. Had it not been for financial I would have given the dealer a 5 star. With that said, when you go to this dealer shop for your own rates before going to the dealer. My credit score was extremely high and still didn’t manage to get a reasonable rate, but afterwards when I checked for rates on my own, I found rates nearly 2% lower than what I got at the dealer. Shop for finance and bring it to the dealer otherwise you’re going to get hit hard.

Can't be trusted. This was the worst sales experience I've had and it boils down to deception. For 6-8 weeks I had conversations with Tom at Joseph Toyota about incoming Siennas. We discussed prices and potential upgrades,etc. but never was there a mention of markups to MSRP (even after giving a deposit). We were lead to believe we were paying for upgrades to the base Sienna and not any markups, until the very last second of the process at the dealership. They have every right to mark up MSRP, but the customer is also owed full transparency to make decisions in their best interest. The GM couldn't care less about how we were treated and told us he would take the car back because he can resell it for more LOL. We ultimately decided to not take the car out of principal and had an awesome buying experience at Kings Toyota. Call Nick Amrein at Kings who was our sales rep. We purchased two cars from him (the Sienna (at MSRP) and a new Highlander) and had an awesome, transparent, and respectful experience. Joseph can't be trusted.
