This company should be prosecuted. The name itself is a fraud. They take advantage of seniors by offering all these deceptive perks. Then they only pay a small portion of your medical bills. You get stuck with rest. Good-bye credit rating Hello bill collectors!!!

This is the worse insurance ever. My 71 year old grandma was taken advantage of. She signed herself and my grandpa(72) up because she was promised great insurance great experience and help for her husband. We have had nothing but complete TRASH. They don’t care. They never provide accurate information. Take days for them to answer the phone. Can’t give you specialist. We’ve tried and tried to get them off this stupid insurance and all we get is “we can’t do anything more” even after we’ve told them it’s a life or death situation for my grandpa. You sign up to die with this insurance.
