Huge thank you to Tyler for all his help. My son and I stopped by the Florence store (857) because I was having issues with an upgrade online. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped us with the upgrade. Excellent customer service!! We will be returning to that location because of him!!

When you pay your bill each month you pay part of the phone every month as well. So if that phone is not paided off, and you cancel your service you will have a bill for whatever you still owe on the phone plus a prorate depending on how many days the phone was still in use for that month
No. You have to call the Sprint toll free number
This location is closed for a re-model until late October, the location across mall road is still open though
