Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this business. Horrible customer service from someone who said they were the manager. We have had their food before but recently received a pizza that was tough, overcooked and dry. I served up slices for my family and we could not eat it, it was too hard to eat. I called and asked for a partial refund and they said bc we had more than 2 pieces missing they would not refund or credit our order. I asked to have the owner contact me but was told "I am the main manager and I am saying no" We have had our kids sports teams sponsored by this business and was shocked at the lack of understanding and customer service. I hope this can be a learning experience and training for employees. Not sure if we will eat here again
