Positive: There was nothing there to like. See below. This hotel had been closed since Feb. 1, 2022. Negative: There is a notice on the door of this hotel advising that This hotel was issued an "Order to Vacate" by the "City of Oneida Fire Department" declaring "Structure unfit for human occupancy."

For being newly renovated someone sure missed a lot on the walk through to sign off on the work. Stayed two different nights within a week of each other to and from my vacation destination and both times the trim below the tub was missing, the toilet wasn't bolted down all the way and there was a HUGE HOLE in one of the layers on bed linen. The first visit the wife kept complaining of being itchy, as if something was biting her, and then on our second stay I experienced the same exact sensations to the point where I scratched my hand open. I don't know if it was something in their detergent or something else, we checked for bed bugs both times, but I really don't think it was worth what we paid and don't plan on stay at this location again.

The location is everything! The price is doable and the room was sufficient. Has everything within either walking or a short drive l. Very convenient! Super easy to locate. We came in 8 deep with 2 dogs, they were kind. Stayed 5 nights 2 rooms. cons: the bathroom fan was not working so the room after showers was a bit damp leaving a bit of a musk. The other negative was the toilet was very wobbly. Final minor annoyance, no screen on the windows so I couldn't open it far and without ventilation in the bathroom I wished there was at least a screen. Overall as I said the location was extremely perfect.
