I bought a bracelet here and didn’t realize it was damaged until I got home. I have a very busy schedule and didn’t get the chance to return it until today. The store is about 20 minutes away from my home, so it’s not right around the corner. I was the item wasn’t within the 7-day return policy, and would receive no exchange. There was zero negotiation or remorse at all. I was told to “maybe try to superglue it if you still want to wear it”. It’s disappointing that they are okay with selling damaged products. I should have learned my lesson after hearing negative reviews about this shop from other friends and family members. I will not be shopping here again.

My wife bought a piece of jewelry that she noticed was broken when she got home. Our busy schedule didn't allow us to get back over to the store until a week and a half later. They wouldn't take the broken jewelry they sold us back. Terrible business and terrible owner. Stay away.

Just went to Other Half today for my first time and saw peppermint was there! I love the shop on culver so of course I checked out the truck and I must say the staff is absolutely fantastic! I left with a beautiful jumper and I was pleasantly surprised that the truck has clothes the shop doesn’t! Now every time I see the truck I will make sure I checkout all the goods. Keep being awesome & support local!
