We did the margarita tour tonight, very fun! We had a group of 12, but many groups were couples or smaller family groups. The boat has 2 levels, so you can ride up on the roof, or on the main level. The main level has many windows which slide open, so both areas are breezy and comfortable. We had 3 staff members - the captain and 2 others. The margaritas were delicious. The homes along the river are gorgeous, and it was so interesting to see them all. The cruise was 1.5 hours. We rode up the river, then turned around and cruised back to the dock. Because it was margarita night, there was no planned narration about what we were seeing. Luckily, one staff person kindly shared some information about the homes. We have been on the De Pere tour two other times, and the Appleton tour once. On the other tours, the captains shared much info about the river, its history, the environment, and the homes. If that sounds interesting to you, then select a regular cruise. The Appleton cruise is also very interesting. Highly recommend these cruises!
