On the phone with them for 48 mins as I write this review and they try to fix the mistakes they made on my policy. Supervisor will not even take the call and was told that their name is Fuller but still will not get on the phone, would be nice since I have to wait on hold while they ask the person the questions.

When calling in as a previous customer they lie and say that the wait time is 10 minutes and offer to call you back. However if you decline their offer they immediately answer the phone within seconds. Maybe not lie to your clients in order to manage incoming phone traffic. I had to call back three times to complete my transaction and wasted both my time and my clients.

Would give zero stars. Dishonest company will rope you in with promise of discounts if you bundle insurance and then as soon as you do they’ll refuse to renew your auto policy and try to increase both premiums. Avoid these scammers.

The GEICO walk in section is closed on the weekends. You can contact geico claims, service, and sales department 24/7 via their 1-800 number.
They do the commercials in the main office in Maryland. I'm sure they commission them with a company.
For the best resolution call their phone number and they will give you the correct fax number. They have lots of fax number. Call first that is the smart move.
