Beat up hotel rooms.Very ran down.Dennys is attached to it but the food and service are the worst of any restaurant experience I've ever had.

Owners are very rude all front desks people are lady the morning lady is the only y nice one. Rooms are not the greatest and not clean the bedding was nasty and not changed from last guest even found a dirty wash clothes in bed.

I have been a guest here for the last 10 years and it has plummeted over that time. Especially the last two years. It's become dirty run down and the other guests can be suspect in nature to the point where I don't feel safe anymore. It's to bad because it was convenient. Never again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel is pretty good actually. I expected a less than mediocre stay due to the recent reviews but I gave it a chance. The room was clean and decent, the TV had very low quality but that wasnt much a problem for me. All the basic amenities were covered they even had a pool! Although they do not offer free breakfast like the website states. But they do have a Dennys next door where you can get 10% off for being a hotel guest. The location was great for Rome, NY. There is a small mall strip a short walk away. Only downside was the hours the mall stayed open. Close very early. But this hotel was great for the price! I enjoyed my stay 👍
