Amber the cashier was extremely rude today. My family walked in with no one greeting us as she was the only one standing at the front counter. Upon checking out she was leaning on the counter ignoring us, when asked if she would be able to check us out, she told us that she was doing a pickup order. She eventually checked me out and gave me nothing but rudeness, it's unfortunate because I love Ulta but that was unacceptable.

This ulta is terrible. They never answer the phone, it can take 10-15 minutes for any member to even acknowledge you, and continuously bad customer service.
