Went in just to see what they had, as I’m going to be in the market for a mountain bike. The selection of new bikes was a joke. There were tons of used bikes there, and none of them were even cleaned up. All different bikes and sizes, used and new, all mixed up. The sign out front says to support small business and not shop Amazon. But this place looked like a bicycle Goodwill shop, and half empty at that. If you’re serious about bicycles, try another shop. Or Walmart. Or Amazon.

I’ve been there twice now for a used bike first for myself and then for my wife. The first time I paid 149 for a vintage Canadian road bike in solid shape. It did need a little bit of tweaking and tightening in the first week or so, but that’s not unreasonable on a bike older than me. The second time, we got a solid Huffy with a cargo rack on the back for the same price of 149. On the way home we noticed there was no kick stand, but I have a few parts bikes that I’m going to pull one off of, and even without my spare, a kickstand is like 15 bucks, and we didn’t notice it, I’m sure the fella would have been happy to put one on. To have two VERY useable bikes for 300 dollars is awesome, especially with the shortage of bikes at big box stores that doesn’t seem to be letting up. Support local guys like BC Bikes!
