Tacked on extra fees after I had already gotten the money around to pick up my cat. So by the time I get there I owe an extra 50 bucks that I don’t have, great customer service and an excellent staff but I’m seeing this being a reoccurring issue for others as well. JUST A HEADS UP

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Loyalsock and all of their staff. From the front desk, to the techs, and the doctors. They got are hound, Sam, through heartworm and a bowel obstruction and not only made sure he was okay, but that we were updated and involved in his care at every step. They are compassionate, reliable, and kind. I'm so grateful to have them for our Sam.

This was my first time there with my cat. The staff was very professional. The vet was respectful as well as kind to my cat. I was very pleased to be able to go into the exam room after 2 years of having my cat seen without me (at other vets). My cat is a senior and this was a less stressful situation for him because I was able to be with him.

I'm sorry to hear this. Please call first thing in the morning. They are open until noon. They are absolutely wonderful. We had to take our dog last Saturday. Good luck
Yes they do see birds and they do board. Not sure about boarding a bird though
