Outstanding service , clean, amazing responsive front desk, housekeeping and white glove treatment. Restaurant had delicious food and a wide variety of selections for any palate. Comfy beds, and all desired amenities . Highly recommend!!

Positive: I travel for personal reasons, I only have to cross the river to see family & friends. Very close to where I need to be. The staff is typically amazing! Those are the only two reasons I return to this hotel. Negative: The room usually has something wrong with it. Every time I check in, I need to switch rooms in order to get a decent one. The staff are usually absolutely helpful and very understanding. They agree the problems, are problems they would switch as well.

We were at this hotel for a hockey tournament it was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in . Very clean rooms all staff that I came in contact with were so very Friendly and Accommodating they even gave our whole team a late check out because our game on Sunday was not till 3pm.
