If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is suppose to be the best one of all 3 properties. Looks like a cheap motel. Stained ceilings, ripped carpet, dirty mirrors, ripped wall paper. We left in 30 min after checking in.

Only gets one star because the staff were all extremely nice and tried their best. The land of love? Try land of disappointment. Me and hubs booked this for my 25th birthday for one week. Online it seemed too good to be true (boy was it ever). Diana’s oasis suite has a pool in room, and jetted heart shaped tub and “two-headed” walk in shower. Food all inclusive- so we wasn’t surprised when the total bill came to about $3k. On first glance the room seemed great- little dated but fine. Upon being in the room for more than 10 seconds we discovered mold- black mold growing in the shower. We went to the front desk and requested either a room switch or deep cleaning of the shower. To which we were told “it’a not mold- it’s a stain” weird stain that comes off when wet? Not hardly- nonetheless- they “cleaned” the shower but all the mold remained. The double headed shower was actually just a regular shower (whatever it’s fine) The jetted tub? Once filled and turned on the water turned GREEN. More mold? The pool was great- but after the second day the room was so hot the water evaporated and and pool sounded as only what I can imagine an aggravated grizzly bear sounds like. CONSTANTLY gurgling and groaning. The inclusive food (that raised our bill about $900) was meh. at best. After 3 nights we couldn’t stand the place any longer and checked out early. On top of everything there is NOTHING to do in the close area- Scranton that’s 30 minutes north has more exciting places to visit. So to summarize: If you want a romantic getaway do no waste your money here. Unless you enjoy mold and the company of your elders trying to rekindle their marriage.

So first off due to a family emergency I had to cancel our stay recently( I paid for the emergency cancellation when I booked the trip), I still haven’t received my refund of almost $700, when I called the customer service the lady said she couldn’t help me. If/when I receive my refund I will update this review but until then it is staying! BE CAREFUL with this place maybe not a great idea to trust in the chance you have to cancel.

You have to pay for Alcohol, portraits, massages, arcade games etc... Breakfast and dinner was included with whatever package we did.

Yes there is. Get directions from check in or gift shop. You can also purchase small boxes of detergent at the gift shop. I did use the laundromat.
Yes there are places nearby to get alcohol but there is also a bar on the campus. I believe they would prefer that you buy their alcohol but I don't know what the rules are.
Everyone pretty much abstained to the social distancing and masks requirements. Place was set it to abide by these recommendations. Ambience and decor was great. The bands they had deserve a shout out. They played great whether 2 or 20 ppl in attendance. Appreciate their professionalism. Seating was appropriately spaced
Probably not. Considering its all inclusive, It's a good deal. However. The rooms are very dated. Not necessarily dirty. 1983 in full effect
I was there over new years and the casino was closed. All the restaurants were outdoor seating or take out only. The resort had some outdoor activities available like archery etc.
