This evening I ordered a "Chicago deep dish" the gentleman on the other line had to ask the other employee what it was? Which tells me 1)he is a new employee or 2) hadn't been there long for someone to have ordered a deep dish. We ordered a deep dish with sausage, onion and green pepper. I only gave this a 4 star review because the pie was still exceptional! However, had I rated it by a traditional deep dish pie? I'd have rated it a 2, and souly on the flavor. We were given WAY too much cheese. Little to no sauce. We wanted a pie full of sauce, a good amount of cheese and to taste the topping. Again, WAY TOO much cheese. I havent eaten at Papa's and many years. Not a disappointment but please! Make sure employees know what a traditional deep dish expectations should be♡ We will order again regardless

I stopped in to pick up my pizza when one of the ladies husband came through the kitchen yelling at me for the way I parked. Telling me if I knew how to read. I was waiting to see what he was gonna do because he was parked half in the road …Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do apologize, however I cannot speak for any issues that occur when it comes to the parking situations outside,regardless of who the encounter is/was with. He is not an employee but still an integral part of the business. Next time please contact us before leaving a review about someone personally and not our business as a whole. We appreciate it.

We tried Papa's Pizza while on vacation...amazing to say the least. The taco pizza was perfect and the pepperoni, cheese, and mushroom deep dish was out of this world...the staff was extremely friendly. We will definitely make a stop at Papa's Pizza when we go back to Michigan next year. Just sad that they are roughly 6 hours away.Thank you so much! I appreciate the positive review and we are always happy to meet new friends!! See you next year!! Or sooner? ;)
