Yes, but there is a $1.00 service charge because TCC is an authorized retailer. You can pay over the phone by dialing #PMT or by calling 611 from your cell. Also, the JC mall and the Vestal parkway locations have kiosks. I typically just use the "My Verizon" app though. Autopay saves me a bunch of money!
