So I had an appt for glasses and when I asked for my prescription from the guy billing me he said "he didn't think he could give it to me and to have my doctor request it." Took them two weeks to mail it out but my doctor got it quickly thankfully. Federal trades commission says they have to provide glasses prescription whether someone asks for it or not. That on top of the crabby employees and pushy sales practice, I have never been so ticked leaving a store in my life. Whatever you do avoid this scam at all cost!!

Was told I would get a call when my glasses arrived. Two weeks go by and no call. I called them and they said oh yeah they are here. Plus the eye exam wasn't free like it says. This place is as honest as a car salesman. I will not come here anymore and I've been coming here for years.
