In short this is an amazing place to stop by and enjoy the food here! Bathrooms are always clean, food is hot and ready! I only gave 4/5 stars because the manager with the blonde hair was rude not only to me but other guests and her employee as well that was apologetic to me. I had asked to speak to a supervisor or manager just to inquire about the store as it is new, and the one girl was gladly telling me about it when the manager she comes flying out demanding the other cashier to go back to work and she finished off the conversation. I wish I grabbed the cashiers name there because she deserves a lot for dealing with someone like that! So I hope this review reaches the right people because she has to go! No employee should’ve treated that way. I left the store. I do come back but I avoid her at all costs.

Really good stuff here but a little more pricey than I'm accustomed to finding at truck stops or travel centers. Still, very clean, men's room not so nice right now tho... It's modern but the toilets have been abused this day in all the stalls I perked into... Lots of gas pumps, plenty of parking, and right off the Thruway I-90 so there's that. Taco Bell is a big Plus!

This place has gone downhill since opening. Showers are only semi clean and coffee station is always dirty or empty.

It’s a nice pilot and can tell it’s brand new(or recently renovated),this being my second time here you can somewhat see signs of neglect.trash piled in the isle and it’s not even winter yet(where u can blame cold weather for not emptying trash bins).pilots all over the country are really lacking when it comes to cleanliness(esp bathrooms). I don’t eat at pilot anymore,the person preparing your food is using those same bathrooms
