I moved out Oct 1, 2020. As of that time, the garage door had been broken since April 2020 and had not been fixed yet which meant that anyone (many disabled) who normally parked in the garage had to now park on the parking lot. To make matters worse, the arm going into the parking lot had been broken for about a month and people who did not live at T&W were parking in tenants parking places which left tenants having to find a parking place around the building which is not an easy task most of the time. The parking in front of the building is 3 hour parking only so if you parked there you would have to keep going out during the day and moving your car so you would not get a ticket! Hoping they got it fixed but seeing how long it takes them to get things fixed around there I would sure ask them about it. (Both things mentioned above are now fixed I'm told.)
