The staff are courteous, and professional. There are plenty of places to sit and relax while waiting. The wait for us was reasonable, and pleasant. There are small tables to put your drinks on and a window where they have stools so you can watch them work on your vehicle.

I was traveling from Tennessee to Montana with my camper on the 4th of July weekend. We had two tires blow out on the camper and were struggling to find a tire shop to replace the tires. I called and spoke with Shawn Dalton, one of the managers, and explained my situation. The store was extremely busy but he met me in the parking lot before I could get out of the truck. He told me where to park and changed 3 of the older tires and put the spare back on the back. He did this by himself in the parking lot with hydraulic jacks. We were in and out in under an hour and able to make our campsite in Nebraska for the night. I have never had a better experience at any automotive store. Me and my family really appreciate Shawn Dalton and his team. We had a great trip with no further tire issues thanks to his exceptional customer service.
