I used to love this place but my experiences the last 4 or 5 times have left me done with them. They don’t take cars in order in the detailing area. So you can end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for mediocre service. They completely forgot to clean the console one time. Nobody there seems to care anymore.

This place will take your money and will not give it back .Went to this place to get my car wash at 1130am at 1226 my car have still not been touch. I start calling the number that was on my receipt but to get no answer so I got u and ask for a manager. At this time I been there for almost an hour and I done seen people come after me and leave before me. Now I don’t like to play the race card but I was the only black person there and the only person that did not get services. When I ask for my money back the rude young guy that claim to b the manager said he can not give me my money back and if I was in a rush I can come back tomorrow I told him no I can’t come back tomorrow cause he didn’t know how far I stayed from there,so I ask for my money back again still to be told no and that I need to leave cause he calling the police on me for trespassing. Now I’m a paying customer that did not get the service that I paid for the police get there and guess who went to jail yes me. Now this company stole my money and I’m the one that went to jail for asking for my hard earn money back. If we could give 0 stars then that what they would had got.
