Having been stressed from wrecking my Harley, Adam and Lorigan at the South 12th street location in Bismarck, North Dakota had me feeling at ease right away. I had to wait a couple days to get a vehicle, and understanding how urgent I needed one, Adam kept me updated on the availability and immediately contacted me when my rental was in. Adam is very professional and considerate. His reassurance of me being taken care of was very comforting. Thanks Adam! Upon picking up my rental I was pleasantly greeted by Lorigan. She is very professional and sincere. Lorigan was very understanding to my lack of acknowledgment to the process and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. Thank You Lorigan! And a big thank you to the one in charge of the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicles! My vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable. My experience with Enterprise was awesome! I was a little disappointed the vehicle was dirty outside when I picked it up it's harder to see Dan scrapes Etc plus I washed my car EVERYDAY, this stinkd, didn't like the settings in the vehicle they weren't personalized but it is a rental so I understand they were super super prompt meeting and picking me up that much I like a lot!!! I am a little concerned about the extra coverages protections blah blah blah so it's in my garage and hopefully nothing happens
