We normally go to the veterans memorial library but we live across from the one by the Capital. My daughter has some stuff for school she needs to look up so I decided that we could walk and check this one out, but when we got there I was told "it's by appointment only, we close at 5 so we're done for the day", it wasn't even 4:30 yet. The one we normally go to is still open to the public. I wish it's posted on Google that they're by appointment only, and hopefully it's just because of covid.
