idiotic place can’t even be bothered to update their hours on Google. Took a massive detour as this was the only place open. Had to cross an entire university parking lot and walk half a mile in the building only to find it closed. Ridiculous!

This Starbucks service is so bad they might as well close it down. The employees are rude and take so long to make drinks. While they’re making drinks they’re all just doing weird thing in the background and laughing and making jokes. At the same time there’s like fluid falling all over the ground while they’re making beverages! It’s okay to have fun at work but like this place sucks honestly. They don’t even make the drinks properly either. Gave me my pink drink with no strawberries like what am I paying 5.83 for!?

I would give a zero if I could. I am a student at UAlbany and I was waiting forever. Even when I ordered they asked my name. It was like i was talking in another language to them. I cloud caramel macchiato but they screwed me up. Put their finger in my drink. Disgusting. They need to get new people.

I am at student at UAlbany. I have had issues with getting my drink in a timely manner before, but today I waited 35 minutes for my Dragon Drink, and as a result was 5 minutes late to my class and got in trouble. The staff behind the counter was moving really slow, talking to each other, and messing around. If you're going to have a Starbucks on a college campus, run by college students, there should probably be a manager on staff that is willing to make sure they're actually doing their jobs, and training them to make sure they actually know what they're doing. Being a college student, I understand that it is hard to work and go to school, but waiting over 35 minutes for a drink is unreasonable. I have also had issues getting drinks that aren't what I order. This is not to say that everyone on staff does a poor job. A few of the women on the staff do an amazing job and they're always reliable and, smiling, and sweet. I hope this review will be taken into consideration and some changes can and will be changed.
