Went to the Southside festival. Had a good time. Only problem was trying to find a place to park.

Very nice park. The playground equipment is suitable for young children too which is good for my family, I dont have to worry as much about my 3 year old getting hurt and he gets to be more independent. There are plenty of spots to set up parties or picnics. The walking path is also kept in great condition. There is also a skate park and a splash park. There is a nice hill for sledding at the back of the park. Hiking Trails too. It has a little bit of everything.

Absolutely beautiful park tucked away in the gem of a city St. Joseph. Lovely landscaping and ample shade makes for a great day with the kiddos!!!

The pool is being turned into a splash park
The splash park is still open the hour's are 10 to 8 summer hours will change later on in the season
Yes Hyde Park has Christmas lights
