The beds & pillows were great! We all had a goodnight sleep but there was no cold water in the shower. They did take care of it once I called.

The stay was not acceptable. The springs were coming up through the mattress which hurt my back. Staff lie about you and it took 10 minutes to get the hot water going so I could shower. I don't recommend going there.

Dirty! Numerois stains including blood on the carpets, rooms were nothing like the pictures posted here. 2 rooms we stayed on the 2nd floor both walk-out windows didn't lock at all. Refrigerator's door was too tight to open. Beds look old and not sure they were clean, bed spring made squeaky noise every time I turned. If I were by myself, I would have slept in my car. My son 9 said it was disgusting and he was glad he had a decent home to go back to. Don't believe two good reviews!! They must have been done by the owner. The word "clean" doesn't exist in this hotel.
