Filled out the online forms to set an appointment stating I had a sprain in my shoulder I was hoping to get looked at. Once I arrived I sat in the waiting area 15 minutes past my appointment, the practitioner arrived after me and told me they needed to get set up first. After being brought back to the room they asked why I was there and suggested that I google a doctor that could help. I was back in the room for maybe a minute and a little surprised by the response as well as getting a $90 bill for the visit. I understand that a small clinic like this has its limitation but I was hoping for a little more advice or possibly a better referral than "google a doctor" Unfortunately this place came up on my health insurance website and I choose it for the location near my house not knowing what a little clinic was. Frustrated with both my experience with the clinic and referral from my insurance. Next time it would be nice if they reviewed intake forms prior to not waste patient time, sprains were even on the preselected drop down menu. This was a huge waste of time that set me back on getting the care that I needed.

First they scheduled my appointment on the wrong day, then the nurse was very rude about rescheduling. I was wanting a COVID PCR test, and when I went back after my appointment was rescheduled the nurse on duty tells me it's going to be $200 to get the test and they don't accept my insurance. She was very nice and that was literally the only positive of my visit. They had 2 chances to inform me of their insane policy (I was under the impression COVID tests were free) I wasted 2 trips, about 15$ in Uber (each way) on going to this clinic TWICE! I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy

My husband and I made appointments for Rapid COVID tests day of and were seen immediately upon arrival. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also opted to get the PCR test to just be extra cautious and the results came in 24 hours.
