Lots of bars and restaurants with outdoor seating areas and easy to walk around and explore. Some nice pedestrian areas with statues and artworks and the whole downtown area is meticulously landscaped. They have a few public restrooms and the multi level car park was free of charge on the Sunday that we visited. Some nice stores also selling local crafts .

Absolutely love this part of town!! Fantastic local eating and shopping plus the holiday/seasonal festivities which are always a great time!!

What isn't there to do in this old town area? With haunted tours, Disney-inspired buildings, historic diners, artist lofts, campy boutiques, craft spots, craft brews, tea shops, wine shops, tattoo shops, naughty shops, sporting shops, and shops for people to show off their creative edge, a letterpress, an apothecary, and fun little restaurants (both tried and true staples, and newly inspired eats). There is no place that is perfect, but this place inspires me as well as many others all around. We are the home to a bike parade and many other festivities. I feel like the DBA never ceases to find events to draw our citizens in with a sense of pride and a chance to expand our culture. I hope this town continues to grow its roots and the people with it.

Great area to walk around and shop. Parking on the streets on College Ave is rough, but there is plenty parking in areas off the main drag.
